With almost 2 decades working in and with schools, our key photographer Andy is more than adept at working with staff and pupils with additional needs. Not only has he worked with children with a wide range of social and physical disabilities, he is the father of an autistic child and fully understands the time and patience that is required to make photography an enjoyable experience for all involved.
